History

Life Transition Services, LLC was founded in June of 2006 by Jeff Maerder. Rurally located in North Haverhill, New Hampshire, we are ideally situated with easy access to both New Hampshire and Vermont. 

Our unique, timber frame facility, formerly a hydro-powered gristmill, provides a contemporary, spacious and wholesome environment to clients interested in developing independent living, pre-employment skills, and functional learning. 

A professional staff of over 20 Life Coaches offers concentrated educational, employment, and community services.
